ORDER FULFILLMENT

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, product sells out very quickly from our physical storefront and online shop.  You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been received and another email confirming that we have the products ordered in stock. We do our absolute best to prevent overselling, but it can happen from time to time.  



SHIPPING


SHIPPING RATES:  
All orders under $75 will be assessed a flat Ground Shipping fee of $9*.  Spend $75 or more and receive FREE Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.*
*Shipping premiums may apply to oversize items.

UPS / USPS GROUND SHIPPING 2-5 DAYS:  If your order is received by 10:30am Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, it will generally be shipped out the next business day.  For shipping purposes, our business days are Monday through Friday.  We process orders Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.  Shipping carriers do NOT pick up packages from Peppermint Forest Christmas Shop on Saturday or Sunday.  You will receive an email confirmation with USPS / UPS tracking information when your order leaves our facility.  During times of high volume, additional time may be required to process orders.

P.O. BOXES:  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We do not ship outside of the continental United States.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS:  Contact us via e-mail at info@peppermintforest.com or call (800)909-6635 and we will work to quickly resolve the problem in any way that we can.  Item will be replaced or refund will be given.  Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or by December 24th of the year purchased, whichever comes first.  All items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES:  Contact us via e-mail at info@peppermintforest.com or call (800)909-6635 and we will work to quickly to set up your exchange.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Current shipping terms apply to shipment of new product.  Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or by December 24th of the year purchased, whichever comes first.  All items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
